We’ve recently completed another flat roof replacement in Birmingham, completely stripping the existing roof back to the roof joists before rebuilding it from the ground up.
The existing roof was removed and replaced with brand-new 18mm OSB boards, providing a solid and reliable base for the new roofing system. We then installed a three-layer high-performance roofing felt system, creating a durable and weather-resistant finish designed to protect the property for years to come.
